I am lost of words.... I don't even know where to start but the great service that I received from Mapho Machabe woww woowww wow... I resigned at work and my claim was taking forever ,with no one communicating and am struggling..I went to the Sandton office and met this lovely ,well spoken,well mannered and very respectful lady who helped me .she went up.. and came back with feedback ASAP.. and I got my payment within 7days .. the information she gave me and paying attention to detail..wow... She is the best..throughout the 7days she kept on checking up on me and my family till the payment reflect.. I don't know how to thank her... she even gave my child her lunch box on the day we went to the office because I told her we had nothing to eat for days. .Wow Her heart..her customer service and how she treats people is out of this world...
