ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE

I Called in over the last few days and was told on Wednesday the 8th that all my documents where received. today on the 10th I call in and I was told by extremely rude consultant that they only received my ID document. the consultants name is Agnes. I submitted my docs on the 6th of July already I mean like how long does it take.
