Absolutely frustrated!!

<p>I'd been a Momentum member for a year after which I'd decided to cancel my policy. However, it was brought to my attention that a tax number is required in order to reimburse the money I'd paid to the policy this far. I notified them that I DO NOT have a tax number but would like my policy cancelled nonetheless (and the money reimbursed once I had sorted out my tax number). There was no mention of an option where I could have my policy made stagnant. </p> <p> </p> <p>Imagine my dismay when I discovered that money was still being debited from my account!! I immediately emailed them voicing my absolute annoyance after which someone FINALLY mentioned that they would place my policy on hold whereby no more money would be debited from my account. This was a month ago. </p> <p> </p> <p>Lo and behold I find that money was debited from my account today!! I am really beyond frustrated right now. What is one suppose to do in order to recieve adequate service delivery these days!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I hate to be the kind of person to bring my complaints to such a platform but this was really the last straw for me. Companies are so quick to get someone to call or email you when they want you to sign up with them but when it comes to letting you go they really seem to have some attachment issues! </p> <p> </p> <p>What gives!!</p>
