A late parents Provident Fund handled by Momentum 👎🏽

It’s going to be a year this week and we haven’t even had a beneficiary meeting for my late father’s provident fund which is handled by Momentum SA on behalf of Transnet (cpt port). I tried filling a complate with the company, at this point my emails are being ignored. Dealing with Momentum has really not made the grieving process any better, infact it has made it worse!
