Good day Momentum Compliment dept & Hillie Meyer.

Apologies in advance for poor grammer . Dictation to grammer (due to X factors beyond my control ) I’m using this platform form which give us the consumer. The opportunity to give feedback in regards to the latest service received. Regardless of the type of Business .

Mine is based on the Monday 20 March 2023.. which I believe there is valid grounds for . Should the progress be looked at with the company.from day 1 to to current .

Therefore- i would like to pay an additional “Huge Compliment “to Mrs Sue du Plessis In Pretoria. several weeks ago I took to Hello Peter a last resort .

Which gave me no pleasure , to merely share my experience at the time which cause frustration and left me dis illusion.

based on this current specify matter. Which is still ongoing .aSnd I’m fully aware of show much Momentum is able to perform . ( to the extendMomentum can control) seeing that at time there are additional External processes that needs to followed and take their cause with reasonable time .

Which I have been made aware of due to endless updates efforts made by Mrs du Plessis .

My wish my is that Mr Hillie Meyer should be advise in regards to the outstanding b performance of this employee . ( without mention any details he will know in regards what I'm referring too )

In can honestly state that expectation so far has been met beyon belief.

The matter had notbeen finalized but huge progress has been achieved .

Mr Meyer therefore I would like thank again, Momentum as a brand can be proud of you Sir. And the endless efforts and updates. I have received At least twice a week, with out failure .

my hope is that this praise be noted . Not only to the brand, but to other client clients and Who ever may Read this posting. . If I had opportunity thank you both you in person . I woukd gladly do so . But I aware of how busy a day can be .

this compliment is based on the fact that she’s continuous. From day one when Mrs Sue du Plessis became aware of it.

At times we the client gets frustrated feel that we are faceless

Then unexpectedly once breath is taken out. By an showing empathy snd just to listen for a moment.

She’s an honest person and you can take her the at her word . when she say she’ll get back to you. She does that , that alone speak for once charter .

Momentum can be extremely proud of her Holding the company name , in the highest regards with failure during my inter action with her. I’ve express my experience to several of my family members , It seems like a small thing, but I know even small things matter .

And I was able to be heard. At the end of the day if once can say I honestly did my best . No matter the out come. That’s the import thing .
