A Disappointing Experience with Retirement Fund Withdrawal

I don't understand why they call themselves fund managers if they can't process instructions from clients. What a horrifying experience, considering how hard we work for our money. Last week, on Friday, February 28th, I called to follow up on my retirement withdrawal, and I was told that within a few minutes, I would receive an SMS confirming the transaction of the funds into my account. Today, Wednesday, March 5th, I still haven't received such an SMS.

When I called this morning, I was transferred to Vusi Muzi, who didn’t pick up my phone. I was told he would call me back, but I never received a call from him. I called again and was informed that Vusi Muzi was in a meeting but would call me at 3 PM. At 3 PM, I still did not receive a call. Apparently, my funds are ready; Vusi Muzi just needs to process the transaction.

I have never seen a company with such a big name lie to its clients. Am I being ****med here? Can someone provide an explanation? I deeply regret keeping my money with them after resigning from my former employer.
