I submitted my provident fund withdrawal forms 26 September 2023. I called the 18th of October 2023 to follow up on the progress of my claim. Then I was informed that they are waiting for my divorce decree that was send to them on the 14th of March 2022. They did not bother to call me to inform me that they needed a form they already received delaying my claim. I send the forms again on the 19th of October just to be told that my claim was only logged on the 18th of October2023. How is their incompetence my fault, Their incompetence is delaying my pay-out.
