6 weeks and still no refund!

I purchased a TomTom device as a gift through Momentum Multiply and when I received it, it was not working as it should have been, it was extremely inaccurate and did not connect to my phone. I immediately lodged a return for a refund and they collected the device from my office on the 12 July 2017. I have been following up almost every day to find out when i can expect my refund - but the call centre agents can only tell me that the device is with their online team and they are testing it to see if there is a defect, and then they will send a replacement within 10 working days! This is unacceptable as i have told them several times that I will only accept a refund as I am not happy with the product at all and will not accept a replacement! Today is 6 weeks since this case was opened and i am yet to receive any feedback, and when I call in I get the same answer. This is ridiculous. I have also emailed TomTom Africa numerous times and they just ignore my e-mails when initially he confirmed that I AM entitled to a refund! Yet I have to beg for feedback and for my money back. I would never expect this from an international company like TomTom or Momentum Multiply!!
