6 months Later

after numerous emails and phone calls to Lucet nothing has happened, my pension fund money has not been transferrred to my new employer 6months later. i called to enquire on withdrawing the funds instead, i have sent emails more than 5 emails to Lucet who is dealing with my claim and she is just refusing to respond or even aknowledge the emails, if i dont have this finalised within the 7 -10 days turnaround time i will load another complaint so that everyone can see the service that we get from funds at work employees. i will also brand damage on all social media.
