6-7 weeks and counting and the staff doesn't have their stories straight!!

<p>I submitted my claim with FundsAtWork on 18th May 2016 and received a response on 19th May 2016. A few weeks later, I queried how long the payout will take the email query was referred to Carmen Benjamin who never responded to the email in which I was CC'ed by one of her colleagues. 20th June I called to query how long the payout will take and was referred to Carmen, she indicated that the process is almost complete and ready for tax clearance and it'll payout by 25th June, BUT it didn't. I called last week to query again and was told by Carmen that it is currently at SARS for tax clearance and it'll payout by 1st July, BUT it didn't. I received an SMS this morning stating that all documents were received and the SMS provided a call centre number. I called and was assisted by Tanya who then informed me according to the system, the disinvestment is only starting today and then tax clearance. Tanya also confirmed that the whole process till payout takes 26 days. Tanya then transferred me to Carmen who then denied that the funds are being disinvested and that the turnaround time is 26 days and that she will take it up with Tanya for the misinformation. Carmen then reassured me that she will call on Wednesday WHEN IT IS SENT TO SARS (So the past weeks was lies???) and that the funds will pay on Thursday 7th July? This is the third time she has given me a date (and I made her aware of this during our telephonic discussion this morning) when it'll pay out but I'm not believing it anymore. Can someone tell me the REAL situation please, coz Thursday it'll be 7 weeks that I'm waiting. Regards</p>
