5 months to transfer pension

I requested that my pension fund be transferred to Momentum at the start of October 2021. It is now March 2022 and I am still waiting for the transfer? How is this possible? How much interest and growth have I lost on my PENSION FUND, due to this unacceptably slow process? 5 months to transfer a pension fund, is this normal?
