4 months after claim still waiting, LIES AND PROMISES is all I get

My previous employer submitted my funds at work claim on September with all the relevant information, they said it takes 26 working days and it's been 4 months now, 4 months and still nothing. I've been emailing and calling, re sending documents they already have with no reply. Everytime I call they say the person working on my claim is never in the office they will call me back the next day, they promise they promise this time they will call me Everytime I call but no one ever calls back. It's like they don't even care how this affects your life and your plans.

Why Lie LIE LIE LIE ALL THE TIME.

Where is accountability in this company?
