3 times an accidental heist

Good evening ... hope we are doing well ... sorry to bother like this but I just wanted ro know why this month I got devoted for almost triple my usual debit order ? I just want to understand what happened here rather than cancel my debit order mandate and cancel my account immediately I thought I'd rather ask and get an answer before any drastic matters would be taken ... please do let me know
