2pot claims on delay for more than 4 weeks now

Good Day.

I want to know how long does it take for one to receive their 2pot claim funds because its now been 4 weeks since I submitted all my documents required when answering those questions. I have tried several times to talk to your consultants through phone calls and emails and the worse part is that you guys lack communication skilss with your clients. You only rep**** my emails once yet I'm told that I should hesitate to contact you but still eveb this day you haven't rep**** to my mails. I'm so frustrated and angry at Momentum because I've always trusted you but ever since 2pot was introduced your service had been horrible.. mxm
