2pot claim is probably at the bottom of the pot 🙄

Husband have submitted claim 2weeks almost 3 weeks ago. Called to follow up numerous times only to receive different and contradicting information from agents about the process of the claim. 1 agent said it will be paid out in 21 days or earlier. 2 agent explained about the process of it having to go to SARS and then back before payment and that the 21 days commence after that process. another agent said that it couldn't be processed as of yet as processing are done between the 7th and 15th.we waited after the 7th of Feb and called 3 times after that and story is now it's still hanging in application processed for almost how many days...called today again...application still hanging in process phase and now we are told it takes 5 days to go in processing phase and 5 days to come out of that phase...so putting a claim in January 2025 only to still be waiting and then maaaaaaaaaybe getting money in March. I don't know what to believe anymore.
