25% additional cashbacks

I mailed Momentum Multiply Online Shop 4 June 2020 and requested that my email be escalated, I followed up with Elsabe again 2 weeks later and I have had absolutely no response. My query was with regards to the additional 25% cash backs where the promotion ended and has been brought back, I feel it is unfair to those that used the promotion because it was for a limited time only and when a promotion is brought back we should have the opportunity to use it again.
