20 percent heart function claim declined 2017. Covid death claim declined again

My husband had a life policy for 12 years. In the 9th year he had 20 percent heart function. He had a heart bypass and survived. Momentum declined his claim. 20 percent heart function. He always PD his premiums even after you declined the claim. He past away on 2 July 2021 you declined his death claim due to an administration mistake on your and myself (Ella) side. At least pay his premiums back? R201 000 in premiums for what? This was his only ONLY life cover. Wife and daughter and mom homeless now.
