+ 2 years waiting for payout...
<p>My mom has a policy with Momentum , unfortunitly she passed away on 24/10/2014 , Since the me and my 2 sister are struggling to get this policy paid out... 2 and a half years later and still not paid out.. We have send hours on the phone with Momentum 50+ emails back and forth... everytime we speak to them they need more documents... more forms to be filled out... in the last 2 weeks i have spoken to a Marius Fredericks from Momentum witch is a great help to me, he got things going were no employee could in the last year.... my problem is that still momentum wants more paperwork more forms to be filled out... WHY!!! this was my mothers money that she left her 3 daugters it specifically indicated so on the paperwork she filled out when she took out the policy... This is a burden to me and my sisters as we can not move on, we can not find closher... What must i do to get this over with.... Im so tierd of all the promises, ...</p> <p> </p> <p>Junia Steyn</p>
