2 pot Tracking

Hi, i app**** for my 2 pot saving funds. Would just like to know how far it is to payout? I do have an emregency but im also aware that alot of people app**** from the 1st of march which definetly overloaded the system. May u guys give me some feedback of whats happening please? I know from past dealings that u guys always bend backwards to help customers.
