2 POT SYSTEM MALFUNCTION
I did my application for a withdrawal on the online portal however for over a week it's stuck on waiting tax directive yet it has been received, everytime I do call I'm told that my payment is processed and that it's an automated process I have not yet received any payment or any notification to say that my funds have been processed. This is becoming frustrating
