2 pot nightmare

Savings Component_Bad service My statement shows that a withdrawal was made on the 20/09/2024,and I was told the money will reflect within 48hrs after the statement shows that there's been an withdrawal, its been more than 48hrs now. Another thing i was sent an email and told that the turnaround precess is 14 days , well its been more than 14 days now , Still no funds . I am very disappointed with Momentum i didn't expect this poor service from them. how long does the money take to reflect ?
