180% premium increase!

It is not only unacceptable but also disrespectful to increase my gym benefit with R580. Last year it used to be R320 a month. Now it is R900!

How can you just debit my bank account without informing me of such a drastic increase? We all need to budget.I DID NOT AUTHORISE THIS!

Virgin Active Red charges R410 without a Multiply benefit.

I'm so frustrated with Multiply and they are dragging Momentum's name through the mud. I've only had amazing service from Momentum Health but if I need to move to Discovery in order to have the benefits of Vitality I will do so.

Shame on you for being so disrespectful.
