12 months, No income, No interest, No contact

we have been waiting for 12 months for payout of pension fund. 12 months of zero income after retrenchment. All while R3.3m is sitting at momentum with ZERO interest accumulating. No-one calls back. No one has an answer.

Can I escalate this matter to a higher authority? Or am I at the mercy of Momentum, who a the moment are causing stress and strain by holding peoples hard earned livelihood hostage till your internal issues are sorted out?

I don't recommend momentum, for increase on your investment, for service delivery, calling back or giving a damn about anyone other than themselves.
