You cannot complain about service because there isn't any service at all

<p>My son had a accident with his vihecle on Monday 16 May2016 , I struggle to get the claim forms after nearly 3hours waiting for it by mail , I phoned and they got my email address wrong.I submit the forms with everything late by Monday . 1 day go past hear nothing.Before I went home I phoned again and only to find out THEY ask me " do you know were the vihecle was towing to " ?</p> <p>I payed alot of money they must sort it out .</p> <p>Today Thursday in the morning I phoned again and it seems everything is dragging with a slow start.</p> <p>if you want a superslow insurance like the MATRIX style , go for this company</p>
