I had the privilege of dealing with Felicia Le Roux this morning to register a claim for one of our clients. Usually, when dealing with call centre agents it could be a rather frustrating experience. However, this lady was very professional, friendly and helpful. The claim was registered in a very prompt manner, and it was a pleasure dealing with her. Keep doing what you are doing Felicia!
