Give that girl a "bells" I had the privilege of dealing with Zandre Crous this morning, our client provided quotes and damage reports for damaged items.
The claim was authorized while I was still on the phone with her !! Never have I EVER experience such quick, efficient and EXCELLENT service telephonically !
