Worthless Momentum Insure
Really disappointed in the management of two claims within the last year. The first claim took almost 6 months to finalize and now the second claim is almost 4 weeks old. In all my dealings with other insurance companies, claims are usually settled within a few days. Even trying to speak to someone higher up is a mission in itself. Empty promises are made.
Momentum ranks as the worst organization to deal with.

I refer to the above matter again wherein my claim still has not been resolved. The report provided by Momentum on my claim was so disjointed that I lodged an objection to the result. However, after more than a month since lodging the claim, I still have no conclusive result. As state previously, the same happened to my previous claim.
Really the worst insurer to be with.
