Worst service, regret having signed up for this!

Worst service ever from Alexander Forbes. My car got hi-jacked and no one is willing to assist, it pains my heart that this insurance has been receiving premiums for the hi-jacked car and now that I'm in need no one is willing to assist. I have escalated my complaint to the ombudsman and currently awaiting further assistance from them as the insurance is failing me
