Worst Service Ever - Be warned. Stay away.
" We value you're call and will attend to it as soon as possible" It is extremely panful working with this insurance company. They drag everything out. They don't response to email. They don't answer your phone calls and half the time they answer the call they cut you off and you need to phone again after connecting for 45 minutes. Their award winning app and not been responded too. Expect to be kept on a call to get through to a service provide in nothing less than 45minutes.
So they appointed a service provider to came and fix the damage which is al the way in Benoni 1 hours drive away. It was promised that they will complete in 2 days. It now 2 weeks and only 1,5 hours of work has been done.
They are all existed to take your insurance money but actually doing a claim and attending to it no go., It's the worst service I've ever experience from an insurance company, to actually call it service is a lie.

I'm waiting for a cash settlement amount to be paid to me ASAP. I need to finish my kitchen which is not in a usable state. I will use this money to get a contractor to come and finish the job which was suppose to be fixed 28 August. I need to redo the ceiling as it is cracked, per numerous emails with photos, and phones, as a matter of urgency. I need the cash settlement plus the R265,50 re-imbur*****t of the R1265,50 of which I paid the plumber out of my own pocket.
I can't use my kitchen and have to order take-aways every night.
I WANT THE CASH SETTLEMENT TODAY PLEASE!!!
