Worst service ever

I have changed from outsurance to momentum, I claimed for our dishwasher as it has been working perfectly fine and after the week with all the loadshedding it stopped working. I followed up for more than a week after the accessory came to assess the dishwasher. Now they telling me they won't pay coz it's wear and tear as there's rust on my motor.. Seriously water and salt causes rust obviously there will be rust on a motor...I requested a quote on my vehicle which I just received today.. I am in all honesty not happy and will be moving back to outsurance
