Worst service ever...

Whats so sad is that no one at momentum will assist me here. My car when to one of your so called top panel shops for a rear bumper repair. Its almost a month now and they have not even started the repair. I have called a number of time to get help from the agents at momentum and none of them seem to call me back or even take this matter higher with the panel shop. The panel shop keeps promising tomorrow tomorrow and nothing. Can someone at momentum do something about this..
