Worst service ever

Worste experience ever. After a year when i had to claim i find put my policy does not have car hire aftwr i asked for it the day i took the insurance. Renewed my insurance with hope that it wil get better but no

After paying excess and claiming for my vehicle they say the money will take time recover which is fine. When i wanted to cancel and find out if i will still be paid the recovery money from the other party. They never did it. 1 person says i wil. The other says it is mot registerred.

So unproffesional. Worst client service ever. Have to send 5 emails before i get an answer and phone 4 times.
