Worst Service EVER

I was not able to get hold of my consultant so I thought that another consultant could assist me but I was sent from pillar to post and none was willing to listen to the point that my consultant was not available because they all just put me through to the name on the screen. With such a big company one would assume that there will bee someone else to assist me with a simple query. After today's experience I would not recommend Alexander Forbes Insurance.
