Worst service ever

<p>I submitted the 3rd party claim on the 4rd of Dec 2016, to date, still unresolved. Have been dealing with Solomon Mokoena Pretoria offices, and his manager (Lauren) seems to be just the same. No feedback, I have to call almost everyday for feedback. No response on emails. I can't believe a claim can take 4 month unresolved. Every process takes twice the turn around time. All that is after I had pleaded to stick to time frames as I'm driving a road unworthy car because of the accident. </p>
