Worst service at legal department

I got an accident 2 months back. The service I have received from Lindsay at the legal department is so terrible. I have never experienced anything like this before. If this is what the policy holders go through then I feel sorry for them honestly. Could I get feedback from someone who really knows what being professional is. Thank you
