Worst Insurance Company/*********** Staff
I’ve been waiting for my “R5000” claim to be paid. The claim was submitted on the 20th July and they are still giving me the run around. Jakkie Venter is extremely *********** and management also doesn’t give a damn. Worst insurance company ever!!! I send a complaint to them a week ago, their complaints department didn’t even bother to follow up with time.
