Worst Insurance company in SA

I have been with Alexander Forbes for more than 12 years and pay an exorbitant monthly fee for my insurance each month, with a broker fee. Alexander Forbes provides the ****piest customer service and not too sure why I am still with Alexander Forbes. On the 23rd of January 2015 I have submitted a claim for my home insurance. My broker Casey Esteves, then forwarded to the request for claim to Busi Mahlangu on the same day. I have received no communication, have requested again on the 26th and 27th of January 2015. Still waiting for a response from either my broker Casey or from Busi. I have paid for the damaged occurred by the means of lighting, however, seems I am paying for insurance, I do not get assistance or customer service or be able to claim from my home insurance I pay an exorbitant amount monthly. Alexander Forbes is absolutely not focusing on customer service or retaining customers. Will anybody actually provide feedback on my claim or do something about this, Perhaps start in firing people like Casey or Busi, not doing their job when information is supp**** to them.
