Worst insurance company ever!

My mother submitted a claim for household insurance on the 17th December. To date nobody is able to give a way forward with regards to the claim. And assor was supposedly assigned to the case but he says "he is not an expert in that field how will he assess the stuff". When she calls she gets transfered from Pilar to post. They are the worst, no sense of urgency and their service is a joke!!
