Worst Insurance.

I had a car accident in 2015. It was straight forward the lady that bumped me acknowledged her mistake. All the details were provided id, contact details. I was told by Momentum that it would take 6 months to 3 years to recover my excess. I have been sending emails and to this day i have not heard any communication from these guys. I asked them in 2016 what is it that would qualify my case 3 years since it is straight forward. to this day i haven't heard anything from momentum.
