Worst *********** company ever

So unprofessional. After months struggling for someone to give me answers. When i finally got hold of someone and email adresses its been 1 month and no one replies to my emails. They escalate my claim to someone on leave and tell me i must wait till she is back for assistance. Then they esculate it to Tevin Mkhabela whom doenst even reply to a email nor even care to call back when one leave a message if him. Its been 31 days since i started emailing Gali Motiang for help, they keep on sending it to the next person and still no one even sents a email back or even a phone call. I literally send a email every 2-3rd day begging for feed back and still nothing. Seems like they only answer one when you put a hello peter and facebook complain up. Its been 4 months struggling to get anything from them.
