WORST EXPERIENCE EVER & PEOPLE ARE ******!!!!!

I am insured with Momentum for almost 3 years now, i put in a claim for damages to my vehicle, whereby someone drove into it and dispersed, it has been nearly 2 months now that my claim has not been finalized, upon taking my vehicle for assessment, the guy was ****** and i was falsely accused of wanting to manipulate insurance claims(probably a strategy to not pay out), we were advised that we want to take my 500k vehicle to my grannies sisters son for repairs by the assessor, who either out of spitefulness or jealousy then told us that they were not going to replace anything and just repair, i felt this very unfair and the comments very racial, i requested details of the person who assessed my vehicle so that i can open a case by the motor claims consultant Cindi as well as her Manager Sylvia who does not respond to my mails at all, they are just ignoring everything to save themselves,

When is comes to payments Momentum is the 1st to claim it, they only want to take our money and not pay when it comes to it,

I that wish no one else has to got through such an experience in their lives!!
