Worst claims experience, Inflated claims costs

Social media is the only way you get a response. I logged a complaint on your website more than a week ago, no call from complaints department. Last week Friday I asked for a Team manager to call it is Wednesday, no call received. The easiest claim has turned out to be the most frustrating claim I have ever lodged. * 1st you don't appoint an assessor. * Massive lack in follow up from claims advisor. * Wrong amounts paid at first * You send authorization to the SP that you paid me out for? * Getting auth to cut the dead part of the tree - what a mission (you kept referring to uprooting when we never asked for that) * Your auth repairs for the wall, then you don't and just decide all of a sudden you want to cash settle. This took a week to resolve. * You as my insurer can't tell me who the repairs are authorized to...but I am expected to open the gate for....what anybody? * Not even talking about the exorbitant amount of charges from your SP's that was really unnecessary 3 different people to come out for 5mins max (not kidding) to take the same photos then charge call out fees/assessment fees over R800+. Removing a tree branch over R4k.....cutting the dead ones were more(tree) and cheaper? This inflates my claim that will affect we with premium increase time. Do you have your client best interest at heart here? How are you negotiating sp fees? they are milking you and the client ends up having to pay more. Your claim service is nonexistent they can't answer questions the bucket is passed to the digicall center - why am I even insured with you then??
