WORST CLAIM SERVICE EVER!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!

I really don`t know why I am writing and posting!? Stay away from this insurance! Cost me with doing all the info and calls so far R3600 and I am doing the job they where suppose to do. I was working with a claim for my back/rear window of my car NO STOCK AT AGENTS OR OVERSEAS MAIN AGENTS! Philippines has 3 available and cost is R24 624,35 including customs cost. I am messed around for a month now and still no back/rear windscreen for my vehicle! Promised to contact me day by day and still waiting!!!!!!???? WHY AM I PAYING FOR INSURANCE??????
