Worst claim experience.
Worst claim experience of my life, A claims process that takes an average 10 days, took over 35 days,
As 30 days approached I was told to keep the courtesy car until the claim was concluded, everything would be arranged with the Rental... Nothing was arranged, Rental deposit gone and I had to top up and pay additional charges.
