Worse possible service from momentum insure

I have had endless problems with momentum insure. They take the word of the client last. They don't want to fix my car stating I did not say this on the quote. Bare in mind the quote came from chery. The quote I sent to momentum was sent to me by Chery directly. My car is sitting at the panelbeaters for over 2 months. Chery says they will not spray the grill black and tint the lights. I told them I have the picture of the car when I picked it up. They say it's not there responsibility to fix it. When you take out insurance they don't explain this to you in detail. This is poor service and they don't car about customer service this is a disgrace and momentum don't care about there customers it's always either the panel beaters fault or cherys fault they don't ever want to take accountability. I expect better service and if they want to keep there clients they need to start listening and discuss with the clients. I don't believe they want to give me back a car half done this is ridiculous. I insured the car for what price I bought it for. This is currently the worse service I've received.
