Woman left valnerable and stranded by MOMENTUM

I live in Pretoria I have my car insured with momentum was told on inception I had road assistance benefits. I have been a faithful premium payer without fail.

I went to polokwane last Saturday and I got stuck round 1am in Seshego the car would not start again. I after trying a few times I called momentum for help. I spoke to Jabu who told me that they can only tow the car to the nearest repairer in Polokwane. They explained I have a benefit of R5000 that covers towing fees but they cannot tow me to Pretoria but i was concerned about 1.I don't have the money to pay the repairer of their choice 2.I must leave my car the Sunday or probably sleep in the car till Monday 3. What will happen if I don't afford their chosen repairer? Should my car stay at their pound I will be liable for storage fees?4.I have to be at work on Monday so meaning I must go Pretoria then come back when I have money to pay their repairer whereasI have a friend in Pretoria that fixes my car for free 5. I was told road assistance is a benefit that I'm not paying for it.

Momentum ignored all my conserns they didn't care about me or my safety. I have R5000 worth of benefit but cannot use when I am most valnerable and unsafe because my insurer feels I need to have incidents in a year not just 1? What if I never have another incident. I had ask OUTSURANCE for help? Outsurance towed my car from Seshego to Mokopane for free at the cost of R2500. For FREE. I'm not their client, but i didn't pay them a cent and they towed me to a place of my convenience. After that I had to arrange my own towing to Pretoria which I payed out of my of my own pocket.

I am beyond heart broken and have no faith in Momentum anymore. What if I had an accident, would this be the treatment?
