Willem Jordan, Momentum investigator is abusive, bullish and ******

I've been with Momentum for some time and when received good service I made it known. This time the service received from Willem Jordan is appalling, ****** mirroring exactly the tactics of the apartheid Death Squad.

My brother in an accident using my car. He asked the investigator Willem Jordan to sought a Zulu speaking person since his English is not good. The investigator refused and still continued to interact with my brother in an attempt to force false confessions. After refusing to bring a Zulu speaking person my brother arranged to meet with Willem at a police station and to have a police interpret, a clever Willem refused and insisted to interview my brother in English. He constantly dismissed my brother's points, refused him to sit in his car despite me warning him that my brother was still unwell. Even my brother told him that his waste and leg were in great pain, since the accident day had been experiencing continuous headaches yet Willem still made him to stand in scorching sun of Mpumalanga . He then switched off the recorder to insult and threatened my brother by saying that if he does not cooperate he will reject the claim. He also told me the same thing to me telephonically that he will reject the claim until my cooperates which according to him is for my brother to admit to what Willem wants to hear. After insulting my brother the latter then turned on the recorder again to tell my brother that he was leaving because he is not cooperating. The said Willem wanted to take my brother to the accident scene when the actual accident happened 7 days ago. The scene was never barricaded or protected and it has been reconstructed. It still boggles the mind as to why he never went to the police station which came to the scene when the accident happened. We told Willem that police came to the scene and did what was supposed to be done yet he could not go the police chose to hound us. Even he called me he wanted more information even after making it clear to him that I was not at the accident.

I feel much disrespected at many levels. My brother's rights were compromised. Firstly, could not be given access to a language he's comfortable with. By refusing him inside the car was ******. By switching off the recorder for him to be threatened, swored at and forced into ******** confession was abusive and *******. Wanting to take him to the accident scene barely a week after the accident was insensitive and inhumane. With all these developments happening in a space of 4 days, I wondered whether I bought an insurance to a ****** company that does not employ black people as investigators or Willem's mirrors the company's perception towards black people. Again, I wondered whether Willem treats other people of different race the manner in which he treated my brother?
