WHY PAY A COMPANY THAT CAN'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE

To cut a very long story short, information is required regarding a policy for a ****** investigation and no one ever picks up the phone, been trying for the passed few days with no luck, does this company even exist. I feel sorry for the people that are actually paying for this garbage, I can only imagine if I was a client and in an accident. Anyway, I'm praying this complaint actually reaches someone that is willing enough to act.
