Who is Right and who is Wrong

So I logged a claim which was an act of God incident no 3rd party involved .Vehicle still drives mechanically fit just has body damages was told my vehicle has to be taken in for assessment only to find out it is now beyond economical repairs (salvaged /code 3) .so I spoke to a consultant/manageress who allowed me to get my own assessment done had two panelbeating companies on my cost to have a look at the vehicle both agreeded it can be fixed back to OEM standards so I forwarded the quote and I still get the same feedback from a senior manageress code 3 n that's that .so my concern is over 1 assessment who's opinion says it can't be fix should i now must lose my vehicle.How do I understand a perfectly driving vehicle would body damages is now unfit n beyond economical repairs SALVAGED CODE 3
