When the unexpected happens.....
I would like to express my satisfaction and astonishment with the service delivery of Triston one of my clients claims.
When an advisor states they’ll be in contact with you…. Your expectation unfortunately has become the case of you being the one making contact and not the advisor.
Triston however made that statement and immediately contacted the client and contacted me afterwards giving feedback!
Good to know that promises are kept without me asking for it!
